Central Avenue Business Park has a business storage space for lease. Business dry storage, not looking for personal storage as we’re a Business Park catering to business customers.

This unit is 19.3’ x 19.4’ (374 square feet). Door opening is 8’ wide and 6’ 5” high. Barn doors that open outward. Lighting only, no other electrical allowed. Unit comes with a pair of portable ramps so you can use a dolly to load stuff, put a small boat or ATV’s/snow mobiles in the unit.

It’s a 12-month lease, at the end of the lease you can go month to month or renew for a longer term.
