In 2015, my wife and I bought the old Forest Service complex on South Central Ave. and began renovations for the Ely Business Park.

Tim Pinckney and his crew spent the next ten years modernizing the complex for it’s new life while working hard to maintain as much of the character of the old Forest Service as possible. Located on the north side of the Ely Golf Course, it retains a Northwoods feel.

Now, this location is built to serve the businesses of Ely and surrounding areas for business storage. 

The original Ely Pioneer cemetery (1884-1899) is located in the back of the property, but currently serves as a memorial because the Pioneer Cemetery occupants have been moved to the new cemetery.
