In 2015, my wife and I bought the old Forest Service complex on South Central Ave. and began renovations for what would become the Central Avenue Business Park.

Tim Pinckney and his crew spent the next ten years modernizing the complex for it’s new life while working hard to maintain as much of the character of the old Forest Service as possible. Located on the north side of the Ely Golf Course, it retains a Northwoods feel.

This location now serves as a much needed home to the businesses of Ely and surrounding areas, providing a place to operate from and business related storage. 

The original Ely Pioneer cemetery (1884-1899) is located in the back of the property, but currently serves as a memorial because most of the Pioneer Cemetery occupants have been moved to the new cemetery.   This monument is open to the public and is located in the far SW corner of the property backing up to the golf course parking lot.
