Ely Business Park
In 2015 the old Forest Service Complex on South Central Avenue was sold at auction by the government and the process of converting it to the Business Park you see today began.
Tim Pinckney and crew spent the next 10+ years modernizing and rehabilitating the complex for it’s new life while working to maintain as much of the character of the old Forest Service as possible.
Units are a mix of: A) dry storage spaces from 174 square feet to 575 square feet, B) pole barns capable of holding boats or vehicles from 288 square feet to 576 square feet, C) standard size garage door workshop units ranging from 300 square feet to 1200 square feet, D) oversize workshops 10’ x 12’ high garage door units from 976 square feet to 1750 square feet, E) parking lot storage for outfitter/contractor vehicle overflow parking, F) even a house with 2200 square foot garage building.
Located on the north side of the Ely Golf Course at the edge of Ely it still retains a Northwoods feel.
The original Ely Pioneer cemetery (1884-1899) is located in the back part of the property, although most of the previous occupants were moved to the new cemetery when it opened for business.
