   Central Avenue Business Park has a pole barn stall for lease.  Business dry storage, not looking for personal storage as we’re a Business Park catering to business customers, personal boats/ATV’s/cars OK in this unit.  Previously used for boat and car storage.

   Stall is 23.5’ deep x 11’ wide.  Barn doors opening is 10’ 10” wide and 9’ high.  Base rock floor.

  12-month lease is $100 per month.  At the end of the lease, you can go month to month or renew for a longer term.

  Shared restroom facilities for all Central Avenue Business Park tenants in central building.
